Cosmetic Dentistry

Do you ever find yourself hiding your smile because it doesn’t look healthy? We have news for you. Not smiling isn’t healthy either. But with a little help from Dr.TRUPTHI’S , both the symmetry and function of your smile can be brought back to ideal health and beauty. It’s aesthetic dentistry at its best.

A Fabulous and Freeing Alternative for Missing Teeth.

Implants feel so natural and make you so comfortable that you may forget they are there!Implants are actually small posts made of titanium, surgically placed into the bone socket to replace the root of a missing tooth. A strong and durable replacement tooth, made to match your surrounding natural teeth and blend perfectly, is then anchored in place to let you enjoy laughing with confidence, smiling comfortably and even eating your favorite foods.

Tooth Colored Fillings

Metal inside your mouth acts like metal outside your mouth – it reacts to temperature changes. Metal fillings will contract when exposed to cold (think ice cream, a cool drink) and expand when exposed to heat (coffee, soup). This movement of expanding and contracting can weaken the tooth walls and eventually lead to fractures or breaks. It can also create a space between the tooth wall and the filling, allowing bacteria to get under an existing filling and cause decay that your dentist can’t see.

Tooth Bonding

If you are looking for a more conservative way to fix chips, cracks or gaps in your teeth, bonding may be the perfect choice for you. When artistically applied to your teeth, bonding gives you a bright, perfect, dazzling smile.

Bonding is a method of restoring decayed teeth with white fillings or making cosmetic improvements to change the color of teeth or reshape teeth with a composite resin filling. First, a thin coating of a plastic material is applied on the front surface of the teeth. Next, bonding material is applied and sculpted, colored and shaped to provide an attractive, natural-looking result. A high-intensity light hardens the resin. Finally, the surface is polished to a luminous sheen. You will leave with a wonderfully healthy looking smile!

Crowns and Bridges

We even have a computerized staining a glazing oven in our office to make sure each restoration is perfect!

Crowns

A crown, also called a cap, is a custom-made restoration that repairs and strengthens a tooth that has fractured, has a large cavity, has an old filling that has failed or has had root canal therapy. Unlike an inlay or onlay, a crown completely covers the tooth. We have the capability to fabricate our own crowns with the precision of CEREC and porcelain for strength, endurance and appearance.

Bridges

A dental bridge (or pontic) is a custom-made false tooth or teeth permanently placed between two healthy teeth, filling in the area left by a missing tooth or teeth. The bridge is held in place by porcelain crowns placed on the healthy teeth on each side of space to be filled. If you are a candidate, our cosmetic bridges offer our most attractive, metal-free options. Without metal, the bridge absorbs light, creating a natural looking smile.Bridges reduce the risk of gum disease, help correct some bite problems and help improve speech.

Root Canal

A root canal could save your tooth! When something goes wrong with the pulp inside your tooth, such as decay or infection, we will remove the nerve and pulp, then clean and seal the tooth. Without treatment, the tissue surrounding the tooth will become infected and abscesses may form.

Orthodontics

More than just straight teeth. There are a lot of treatment options to correct teeth that are crowded or crooked including retainers, aligners and braces ( invisalign, metal, ceramic). Correcting a bad bite and improperly aligned teeth is important not only for aesthetic reasons but also for proper oral health and function. And we believe that age is not a factor to keep looking good.

Laser Dentistry

Laser dentistry can be a precise and effective way to perform many dental procedures. The potential for it to improve dental procedures rests in the dentist's ability to control power output and the duration of exposure on the tissue (whether gum or tooth structure), allowing for treatment of a highly specific area of focus without damaging surrounding tissues.

Endodontics

Endodontic treatment helps you maintain your natural smile, continue eating the foods you love and limits the need for ongoing dental work. With proper care, most teeth that have had root canal treatment can last as long as other natural teeth and often for a lifetime.

If you have a diseased or injured tooth, it’s important to know and understand your treatment option. Patients today have more options than ever before to treat their teeth. Understanding your choices and their impact on your future dental health and lifestyle is important.

Periodontal Dentistry

If you have been told you have periodontal (gum) disease, you’re not alone. Many adults in the India currently have some form of the disease. Periodontal diseases range from simple gum inflammation to serious disease that results in major damage to the soft tissue and bone that support the teeth. In the worst cases, teeth are lost.

Whether your gum disease is stopped, slowed, or gets worse depends a great deal on how well you care for your teeth and gums every day, from this point forward.

Periodontal therapy is the treatment and prevention of gum disease. Healthy teeth need healthy gums and if left untreated gum disease can cause the loss of our teeth. But if we give our gums proper treatment and care, our teeth should last a life time.

Pediatric Dentistry

A child's first visit to the dentist should be enjoyable. Children are not born with a natural fear of the dentist, but they can fear the unknown. Our office makes a special effort to use pleasant, non-frightening, simple words to describe each treatment. We want you and your child to feel at ease from the moment your family arrives at our office. The more you and your child know about the first visit, the better you will feel.
